Fit Communities is an app and community-based program that will bring together residents in your community around a common program of daily workouts and healthy habits.

This program is developed by experts who understand the multi-family lifestyle. Using equipment right in your community’s gym, residents will follow an easy-to-understand and highly effective workout plan.

Residents will be able to communicate with each other by choosing times they want to meet in your facility or they may choose to keep up with the program on their own while still being encouraged by their workout partners.

Fit Communities believes in a simple approach. When we face a fitness journey alone, there’s a higher chance to crash and burn. We’ve seen how a group that is united in a common goal motivates each person to do their best and stick with it.
